Constructed from high-density recycled PET acoustic felt, PANELUX™ Felt Panels are flame-treated to enhance fire performance while maintaining acoustic absorption and dimensional stability. The compressed fibre composition delivers durability and consistent finish quality suitable for residential and commercial interiors.
Surface Finish:
Solid-colour acoustic felt surface with a clean square-edge profile for seamless installations.
Acoustic Performance (Estimated):
Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC): 0.60 – 0.75 (dependent on mounting method and backing condition).
Final tested values to be published upon completion of third-party laboratory testing.
Fire Performance (Flame-Treated):
Flame Spread Index: ≤ 25 (Class A) when tested in accordance with ASTM E84.
Canadian equivalent: CAN/ULC-S102 (targeting ≤ 25 Flame Spread Classification).
Formal third-party testing is currently in progress. Official reports will be released upon certification.
