Transform interior walls with the warmth and texture of wood in a durable, large-format architectural panel. PANELUX™ Wood Black Walnut combines an embossed wood-look decorative surface with a moisture-resistant calcium silicate core for residential and commercial interiors.

Each 42" × 94" panel provides approximately 27.4 sq. ft. of coverage and can be installed vertically or horizontally.

• Recommended adhesive: Mapei Ultrabond ECO 575
• 18- or 23-gauge brad nails may be used to support the panel while adhesive cures
• Cut with standard power tools using a fibre-cement/Hardie board blade; a PCD-tipped blade is recommended
• Optional PANELUX™ Wood aluminum trims provide a cleaner finish at joints, corners and exposed edges
• Ceiling installation is not currently approved because an overhead mounting method has not been confirmed for the panel weight
• Not suitable for direct wet areas such as shower enclosures

Trim Accessories

Optional 9' aluminum trims are sold separately for $15 each in Black or Silver. Available profiles include Outside Corner, Inside Corner, End Trim and Joint/Butt Trim. Panels can be installed edge-to-edge, but PANELUX™ recommends trims where appropriate for a cleaner finished appearance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is PANELUX™ Wood real wood veneer?
No. PANELUX™ Wood uses an embossed decorative wood-look surface over a calcium silicate core.

Is PANELUX™ Wood acoustic?
No. PANELUX™ Wood is a decorative wall treatment. For sound absorption and reverberation control, consider PANELUX™ Slat or PANELUX™ Felt.

Can PANELUX™ Wood be used in bathrooms or as a backsplash?
Yes, for interior applications outside direct wet areas. It is not intended for installation inside showers.

Can PANELUX™ Wood be installed on a ceiling?
Not at this time. PANELUX™ has not yet approved an overhead mounting method for the 76 lb panels.

All five PANELUX™ Wood finishes are currently stocked in Calgary. Stocked orders typically ship within 24–48 hours and are available for shipping across Canada. Samples are available through the separate PANELUX™ Wood sample listing.

Warranty

PANELUX™ Wood includes a 1-year limited product warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to PANELUX™ warranty terms and proper installation.
